Workspace and team permissions

What to do
Choose the correct workspace before opening assets, analytics or billing. An account can have different roles in different workspaces. Seeing a resource in one space does not grant authority over another, and ordinary membership never opens the central administrator area.
Owners and workspace administrators can manage permitted team resources; editors can perform authorized asset changes; Analysts are read-only. Billing operations require owner or workspace administrator access; editors and Analysts do not receive that authority. Check the actual control and server response rather than relying on a hidden button as the only permission boundary.
In Team, an authorized manager adds an existing registered email and assigns ADMIN, EDITOR or ANALYST as appropriate. Email invitations are not available, and the plan's member limit applies. Ordinary role editing cannot change or remove the owner.
Test a new member through their own account and intended workspace. Remove access when no longer needed, and revoke separately issued credentials if appropriate. Sharing your password or another member's session is not a supported substitute for assigning the correct role.
