Generate static or dynamic codes in bulk

Last updated

What to do

Open Bulk in the selected workspace. Prepare a UTF-8 CSV with name and url columns for link QR codes; slug is optional. Keep each destination complete and valid. For GS1 or short-link batches, use the fields appropriate to that kind rather than reusing unrelated QR columns.

Choose the asset kind, static or dynamic mode where supported, and the shared design. Run validation and inspect every row's result and quota information. Static mode is supported for QR batches; short links and managed GS1 batches cannot simply be switched to static.

Execute the reviewed preview without changing its inputs. Editing CSV, mode or design invalidates the preview and requires validation again. Retries of the same unchanged batch use its existing key; changing the request requires a new validated batch.

Review successful and failed rows after execution. Download successful images as a ZIP and retain the results CSV, including creation or image-export errors. A batch can partially succeed; do not resubmit successful rows blindly. Membership and effective workspace allowances still apply.
