Publish a form and collect responses

What to do

Open Forms in the chosen workspace and create a form. Add a title, useful instructions and the question types you actually need. Set required fields deliberately, provide valid choices and avoid requesting passwords, secret keys or unnecessary sensitive information.

Use Preview to check question order and appearance. Preview does not collect real responses. Save the form, then publish its saved changes when ready. Draft edits remain separate from the public form until you publish them.

Open the public link as a visitor and submit a test response. Verify required-field errors and the thank-you behavior, then check the stored response in the asset view. Supported image-upload fields have plan, format and size restrictions; a selected filename alone does not confirm a successful upload.

Close the form when new submissions should stop. Duplicate and invalid answers are checked server-side, so repeated clicks should not be used to create extra responses. Email notifications are not available until mail is configured. Workspace roles govern who can edit the form or inspect replies.
