Invoices and company billing details

QRCodeTransfer currently shows workspace plan and usage information, but does not provide a live payment-invoice portal. Public plan selection records your choice and opens account or billing information; it does not create a paid order, receipt or tax invoice.

Start in Plan & billing and confirm the workspace, effective plan and selected billing period. If you need company details or a procurement document before arranging a service, use Contact us to describe the requirement and identify the relevant workspace.

If you believe an existing charge relates to the service, provide the transaction reference, date, currency and amount through the contact route. Never include a full card number, card security code, account password or API secret. A pricing-page screenshot is not proof that a payment was collected.

There is no current self-service workflow for downloading, amending or reissuing payment invoices. Do not promise your finance team an invoice from a button that is not available. Any future paid arrangement must disclose its actual billing and invoice conditions separately.
