Cancellation and plan changes

Open Plan & billing in the correct workspace and inspect the recorded plan, subscription state and period end. Cancelling a subscription is different from pausing a code, deleting an asset or leaving a workspace; those actions do not substitute for billing cancellation.

For an eligible paid subscription, an owner or administrator can use Cancel at period end. Review the resulting notice and date after the request succeeds. The current public upgrade flow does not take payment, and a free account does not need cancellation of a paid purchase it never made.

Before any effective plan change, list the printed codes, published pages, custom domains and integrations on which you rely. TOTAL and PERIOD allowances differ. Do not assume every optional feature remains available or that a domain keeps working merely because a QR image exists.

If the control is absent, check your role and subscription state instead of using another person's account. Contact us with the workspace and subscription details for clarification, without sending card numbers or credentials. This action implies no refund or automatic paid reactivation.
