Host and share a PDF

Choose PDF in the generator or open the PDF code in its owning workspace. Use the file picker to select a non-empty PDF no larger than 20 MB. Confirm its filename and any validation message before saving; renaming another file with a PDF extension is not a conversion.

Sign in to host the document and save the managed asset. For replacement without reprinting, use a dynamic PDF code and select the new valid file from the same workspace. Static encoded content cannot be rewritten by editing its saved record.

After saving, open the public link or scan the downloaded image on a phone. Confirm the correct document, including page content, rather than only checking that a PDF viewer opens. Repeat this verification after every replacement.

If upload fails, the existing asset file remains unchanged. Check type, size, membership and workspace before retrying. Uploaded files are not generally public just because they appear in Files; public availability depends on their use by active published content.
