Static and dynamic QR codes

What to do
A static QR code stores its destination or content inside the image. A scanner reads it without asking QRCodeTransfer to redirect the visit. This makes static codes useful when the content is final, but a saved destination edit cannot rewrite an already printed static matrix.
A dynamic QR code stores a managed URL. The service resolves that URL to the current destination. In your user center, open the saved code to inspect its mode, public link and status before choosing which image to distribute. Dynamic redirects can record visits; static scans do not appear in these redirect statistics.
Test your choice with the downloaded image. For a dynamic code, change the destination, save, and scan the original image again. Its printed path should stay the same while the destination changes.
Dynamic service depends on the asset, workspace, plan rules and domain availability. A static image also depends on its target remaining reachable. Neither mode makes a third-party website permanent.
