We flag modules below 0.4 mm or four printer dots as a conservative starting check. This is not a universal minimum or a scan guarantee. Material, glare, distance and cameras also matter.
The A4 SVG includes 80%, 100% and 120% versions plus a 50 mm ruler. Print at actual size, turn off fit-to-page, and measure the ruler before comparing scans.
