Refund policy
Last updated:
This policy covers paid QRCodeTransfer subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, receipts and approved refunds. The free plan has no subscription charge.
Requesting a refund
For a discretionary refund, submit your request to Paddle within 14 days of the transaction date. Paddle reviews each request under its Refund Policy and may approve it in full, in part or decline it. Monthly, annual and renewal charges may be reviewed; none has an automatic money-back guarantee. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights follow the applicable rules described below.
How to apply
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You may also use our contact page below for help identifying a charge. Include the purchase email, receipt or transaction reference, charge date and amount. Never send a full card number, card security code or password.
Canceling future renewals
Open Billing in your workspace and use Manage billing to reach the Paddle customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a previous charge. Paid access normally continues until the recorded period ends, unless a refund or another change removes that access. Deleting a QR code or leaving a workspace does not cancel a subscription.
Processing an approved refund
Paddle processes approved refunds through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on Paddle and your payment provider. Contact Paddle if you need an update; we cannot promise immediate bank settlement.
Effect on your plan
A full refund of the charge covering your current paid period removes the corresponding paid entitlement and the workspace returns to the applicable free-plan limits. A partial refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. Billing records are retained for reconciliation.
Your consumer rights
This page does not limit mandatory consumer rights or applicable withdrawal rights. Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to purchases processed by Paddle. If applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights take precedence.
