Add a poster, page title, description, logo and links. Choose a light, dark or colored theme, accent color and page width. Offer fullscreen, looping or an original-file download when useful.

Is the video stored inside the QR code?
No. The QR code contains a managed address that opens your viewing page. Playback needs an internet connection. Use a durable printed caption so people know what the code opens.
Which files work best?
Upload MP4 or WebM, up to 20 MB. H.264/AAC MP4 is recommended for broad compatibility.
Can I use an existing video URL?
An uploaded video takes priority. Direct MP4/WebM URLs play here; other links open on their own website.
Can videos autoplay or open fullscreen?
Autoplay requires mute and may be blocked by the browser. Hidden download controls do not protect the original video.
Can I replace a video after printing?
Yes. Edit the same video page and publish again. Its managed QR address stays the same. Recorded QR scans appear in workspace analytics; these are not video view or completion counts.
