A code opens the wrong page or does not work

What to do
Scan the exact image that is failing, not a nearby preview or another campaign's file. Inspect the decoded URL and final browser address. A demonstration image may genuinely encode a sample destination, so it must be replaced with a code created from your own data.
For a managed asset, choose its workspace and open the saved record. Compare the asset ID, public link and destination with your image. Check active status and domain readiness. A paused, deleted or blocked code needs the corresponding authorized action, not merely another destination edit.
For a static image, the encoded content cannot be rewritten remotely. Generate a new code if the target inside it is wrong. For a dynamic code, save the correct target and rescan the original image to confirm that the existing path still resolves correctly.
Also open the destination directly to distinguish QR trouble from a broken external website. If needed, contact support with the ID, observed URL, time and error. Avoid supplying passwords or keys, and retain the original image for comparison.
