What to do
Open Analytics and select the workspace that owns the code. The chart and exported CSV use UTC calendar days. A visit near midnight in your local time may therefore belong to a different displayed day; compare the actual date range before calling a visit missing.
Choose the 7-, 30- or 90-day shortcut, or enter start and end dates. The end date cannot be in the future, the start cannot follow the end, and the selected interval is limited to 366 days. Invalid input shows a useful message instead of requesting fabricated results.
After applying the range, inspect total counts and the daily series. Dates with no recorded visits have zero values. Download the CSV and compare the same dates with the chart, rather than comparing an old export to a newly selected range.
If scans are still absent, check that the image belongs to an active dynamic asset in this workspace. Static scans, another workspace's codes and visits outside the selected interval are not missing records in this chart.
