What to do

1. Open Files in the correct workspace and select Preview for a supported file. Only members with access to that workspace can read the private file; a preview does not publish it.

2. Images can be enlarged, MP4/WebM videos and MP3/PCM WAV audio use native playback controls, and PDFs have previous/next-page navigation. Opening or downloading a file in a new tab remains available. Word and Excel rendering is not included; export those documents to PDF first.
