What to do

1. Open Print studio in the intended workspace, or choose a layout in the template library. Replace its example data with your own content before placing it in printed artwork.

2. Set label and paper dimensions in millimeters, along with margins, gaps and copies. The top and left rulers show physical positions. Drag components with grid or alignment snapping, and inspect both the label and sheet previews.

3. For a batch, download the template’s sample CSV and preserve its column names. Import up to 200 rows, check each QR component’s binding, and preview the first, middle and last records. A direct URL in CSV is not automatically a saved dynamic code.

4. For sheets or batches, open the print studio. Set bleed and safety margins, run the print check, then export and scan a sample at 100% scale.

5. Prefer K-only black for small QR modules when the printer supports it. Keep a clear quiet zone. Our checks flag small modules, low-resolution images, safety-margin intrusions and high total ink; they cannot certify a physical print. Custom press profiles, spot colors and PDF/X certification are not included.
