What to do
Open a register as its workspace owner or administrator. Expand Certificates and expiry reminders and choose Add certificate. This section is private; publishing the register does not publish these details.
Enter a recognizable title and optional reference. Select the final valid date and a warning interval between 0 and 365 days. The date includes the entire day in the register’s saved time zone; expiry begins on the following day.
If the evidence is in an existing record, enter that record number. Save the register and submit the evidence record first. The reference must belong to this same register and workspace. Uploading evidence does not verify it with the issuing authority.
Save changes. Owners and administrators who still have access receive a generic in-app notice when the warning interval begins, then another after the recorded expiry. Open Notifications and follow the notice to this register. The title and reference of the certificate are omitted from the notice.
The background check runs approximately once a minute and processes registers in bounded rounds. Large workspaces may take several rounds. Deleted registers and objects beyond the current plan allowance do not generate reminders.
After a renewal, edit the valid-through date and save. Certificate change history preserves the previous and new values. The renewed date starts its own warning and expiry cycle; repeated checks do not repeat the same notice to the same recipient.
Each register supports up to 20 entries. Website notifications and audit history are provided; email, SMS, issuer validation and automatic decisions about a person’s eligibility are not part of this feature.
