Save and reuse a workflow template

What to do
In Registers and tasks, open a register you have configured and save its draft. Choose Save as workflow template, give it a clear name and description, then save a new template or replace a selected one. Only workspace owners and administrators manage these templates.
Open Saved workflow templates and choose Edit fields and settings. Adjust field names, types, order, validation, public text and access. Required workflow fields remain protected. Saving changes affects future registers; existing registers and printed addresses keep their own settings. Template editing creates no temporary register and consumes no object allowance.
Templates retain field structure and public attribute markers, but clear specific attribute values and omit object references, records, balances and certificate evidence. Selected-member access becomes managers-only, so review access when creating a register. Training answer keys stay private. Up to 100 templates, including archived templates, can be saved per workspace; archived templates can be restored.
Choose Create a register to review and fill one object, or Create in bulk for CSV import. Check the public columns and scan domain, preview all rows, then create drafts. A changed or archived template requires a new preview. Publish each reviewed draft separately; a template never publishes objects automatically.
