Template management is for owners and administrators. Archived templates count toward 100; creating registers still uses your object allowance.

Specialist pages include products, menus, galleries, coupons, pets, resumes and events. These pages share your ordinary page allowance.

Video pages use a separate total allowance. Drafts and paused videos count; deleting a video page frees its slot.

Tickets allow up to 200 rows per batch. Each event has a total ticket allowance, including revoked tickets. Only editors, admins and owners can issue or check in tickets.

If paid access ends, saved data remains available in your workspace. Features outside the current plan stop working until access is restored.

Independent review requires at least two active members with suitable access. Standard Pro has one workspace member; choose Business or above for a team review. Saved custom plan allowances still apply. A downgrade keeps records and export; available objects and schedules follow the remaining allowance.

Managed QR codes, forms and GS1 codes share the dynamic QR allowance. Member limits include the workspace owner.

Additional workspaces start on Free and have separate subscriptions.

Frequently asked questions

What is a dynamic QR code?

It contains a short redirect address. You can update the destination behind that address without changing the printed QR code. A static QR code encodes its content directly.

What does “in total” mean?

Total limits count assets that have not been deleted, including paused codes. Monthly limits count new QR codes and short links created during the current allowance period; deleting one does not return that creation allowance. Annual subscriptions also reset these allowances monthly. Page limits count published capacity. Your billing page shows actual usage.

Can I track static QR codes?

A static QR code goes directly to its content. QRCodeTransfer does not receive that scan. Dynamic QR codes use our redirect service, which can record scan activity.

Can I use my own domain?

With an eligible plan, connect a subdomain in your workspace using the supplied TXT and CNAME records. HTTPS activates after verification. Choose the active domain for new managed links; existing printed addresses keep their original domain.

Can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel automatic renewal in the billing portal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current period, unless the payment is refunded or reversed.
