Solutions

Teaching materials

Keep lesson instructions and resources together in a searchable teaching page.

Break the material into lessons with an explicit learning goal. Write the instructions students need, then attach the relevant file or link. Choose category names that match the course sequence and ensure students can open external resources without a staff account.

What happens after the scan

Students scan the code, browse numbered lessons and filter or search the materials. Each lesson keeps its written instructions next to its file and related URL. Reading this public page does not by itself create an attendance or completion record.

What you can configure

Keep instructions and resources together

Add up to 60 ordered lessons to one page. Search and category filters work on the published text. Change the content in a draft and publish after reviewing it from the student’s viewpoint.

Connect learning content to recorded work when needed

Use the training-read workflow separately when you need account-bound reading acknowledgement and quiz results. Link that workflow or an existing form from the material page. A public content view does not falsely mark a learner as trained or assessed.

Prepare these fields

Lesson title
Describe the topic or task a student will complete. The saved order supplies the lesson number.
Lesson category
Optionally label a unit, week or difficulty level; matching labels become filter buttons.
Lesson instructions
State the objective, steps, expected output and any preparation students need. Up to 10,000 characters per lesson.
Resource file (optional)
Attach an appropriate PDF, image, video or supported audio file from this workspace.
Related resource URL
Provide an exercise, reference or demonstration link. A lesson requires a file, a URL or both.

Keep the printed code useful

Update a lesson’s instructions and select a new file in the draft, then publish. The classroom handout keeps its scan address. When linking a training workflow, test the learner role and actual record submission independently of the public material page.
