What happens after the scan

The code opens a responsive project grid. Visitors read each project description and may open its related project website. On a narrow phone the grid becomes one column, keeping the image and explanation together rather than reducing the content to tiny cards.

What you can configure

Present the work in a useful order

Add up to 30 projects and move your most relevant work to the beginning. Include a cover image, profile logo, introduction, general contact links and supporting PDF documents around the project list.

A portfolio that survives a printed business card

The published page has a fixed managed identity. Add a new project or revise a description by saving and publishing; the code on a card or exhibition label does not need to change. Existing external project links remain under their own website’s control.

Prepare these fields

Project title
Identify the project or work sample without relying on the image alone.
Project category
Optionally group work by discipline, medium or client sector. This is a visible label rather than an automatic access restriction.
Project description
Explain the brief, your role, the approach and the outcome using information you can substantiate.
Image (optional)
Choose a PNG or JPEG that represents this specific project. Images should not contain essential information that is absent from the written description.
Project URL
Optionally link to the project, case study or public demonstration. Verify that it works without your editing account.

Keep the printed code useful

Keep previous work accurate and avoid presenting a draft project as completed. Check image permission and visitor access before publishing. Revisit the order when the audience changes, such as switching from recruitment to an exhibition.
