Resource library

Publish a searchable collection of files and links organized by category.

Group the files and links your audience repeatedly needs. Use categories such as Installation, Care and Warranty, and choose descriptive resource titles. Remove confidential files before publishing: the resulting library is available to anyone with its link.

What happens after the scan

Visitors browse a mobile resource list, select a category or search the titles and descriptions. A file opens through the platform file address; a related link opens your chosen website. Search and category selection run locally in the page and do not send the search words to another search service.

What you can configure

One code for a maintained collection

Add up to 60 resources. Reorder the list, edit descriptions and replace document links in a draft. The printed code continues to open the same collection after you publish the update.

Useful filtering without a heavyweight document system

Categories and text search make a short collection easier to navigate. They do not provide file version approval, document permissions per visitor or offline synchronization. Workspace edit permissions protect the editor; publishing deliberately opens the selected content.

Prepare these fields

Resource title
Use an action or recognizable document name rather than an opaque internal filename.
Resource category
Each resource has one named category. Shared names become category filter buttons after publication.
Description
Explain what the resource contains, who should use it and which version or product it applies to.
Resource file (optional)
Attach a PDF, image, video or supported audio file uploaded to this workspace.
Related resource URL
Provide a full HTTP or HTTPS address. Each resource must have a file, a URL or both. Check access requirements on the destination website.

Keep the printed code useful

When a manual changes, upload the replacement, select it in the relevant row and publish. Keep the title and description specific enough to identify the current version. Review external links periodically, because another website can change independently of your library.
